The Automatic Jaggery Making Plant is a fully integrated and mechanized solution for the efficient production of jaggery (gur) from sugarcane juice. Designed to improve productivity, hygiene, and fuel efficiency, this plant automates the entire process—from juice extraction to jaggery molding—ensuring consistent product quality and reduced manual labor.
Built using food-grade materials and industrial-grade components, the plant is suitable for both small-scale and commercial jaggery production, offering capacities typically ranging from 500 kg to 10,000 kg per day, based on configuration.
Key Process Stages:-
Sugarcane Feeding & Crushing: Automatic feeder and crusher extract juice from sugarcane efficiently.

Juice Filtration: Coarse filtration system removes solid impurities and fibers.

Juice Heating & Boiling: Multi-pan boiling system or rotary furnace heats the juice using bagasse or other fuels.

Scum Removal: Continuous skimming ensures a clear boiling process.

Concentration: Controlled evaporation until the juice thickens into jaggery.

Molding & Cooling: Automatic pouring into molds and cooling trays for solidification.
