Key Process Stages:
  1. Sugarcane Feeding & Crushing: Automatic feeder and crusher extract juice from sugarcane efficiently.

  2. Juice Filtration: Coarse filtration system removes solid impurities and fibers.

  3. Juice Heating & Boiling: Multi-pan boiling system or rotary furnace heats the juice using bagasse or other fuels.

  4. Scum Removal: Continuous skimming ensures a clear boiling process.

  5. Concentration: Controlled evaporation until the juice thickens into jaggery.

  6. Molding & Cooling: Automatic pouring into molds and cooling trays for solidification.

  7. Packaging (Optional): Finished jaggery can be packed manually or via automated systems.
